Healthy purple kale smoothie

Did you know that our Rainbow Pink Candy Crush is absolutely filled with antioxidants? That doesn't only make for a beautiful and tasty kale, but an incredibly healthy one as well!

So get those fruits and vegges ready, pull the blender out and make yourself a handsome, healthy Purple Kale smoothie!

Preparation time: no more than 10 minutes


  • 75 g Rainbow Pink Candy Crush

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 lime: juice only

  • handful of pineapple chunks

  • small chunk of ginger

  • 1 banana


  1. Start of by washing the kale and peeling, dicing and slicing the fruits and vegetables.

  2. Get the blender ready, and put all your sliced, diced, peeled and ready-to-go fruit and veg in.

  3. Add a splash of water, and start blending.

  4. You can continue to add water until you have the desired consistency. If you'd like to change things up, add less water and some milk, yoghurt or even cream instead.

  5. Enjoy!
